參加者，需先將費用存入本會恆生銀行戶口（支票抬頭「家 庭學習協會有限公司，戶口號碼024-348-200510」），然後將存根寄來本會（地址：香港旺角彌敦道749號歐亞銀行大廈11樓B室），或傳真給本會（傳真號碼24933130）本會確認收妥後，會於一星期內以電郵或電話形式通知，便可即時使用。

For enrolment, please submit the fee to our Hang Seng Bank account (account no. 024-348-200510, payable to Family Learning Association Limited), and the slip should be sent to our office (address: Unit B, 13/F, Lee May Building, 788-790 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Hong Kong) or faxed to us (fax no.: 24933350). With our confirmation, the valid membership account will be advised through your email or telephone within one week, and you can use it immediately.
